Return Exchange & Cancellation

At Big Happyness, we aim to provide the best shopping experience by ensuring smooth returns, exchanges, and cancellations, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags and accessories.
    • An unboxing video is compulsory and must be submitted as proof for any return request. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
    • Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect, damage, or incorrect product delivered.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • To initiate a return, email us at support@bighappyness.com with your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video attached.
    • Once your return request is approved by our team, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
    • Please ensure that the product is properly packed and ready for pickup.

  • Refund Process:

    • After the returned product is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed.
    • Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7 to 15 working days from the date the returned product is approved.
    • Refunds will only be provided for the product price; shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product due to size or a similar issue, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
    • An unboxing video is required for the exchange request to be approved.

  • How to Initiate an Exchange:

    • To request an exchange, email us at support@bighappyness.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and the unboxing video.
    • Upon approval, you will need to pay a flat fee of Rs. 150 for shipping charges, which applies to all exchanges.
    • Our courier partner will arrange a pickup, and the new product will be dispatched after the original product is received and inspected.

  • Exchange Limitations:

    • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
    • If the product requested for exchange is out of stock, we will provide the option for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

3. Cancellation Policy

At Big Happyness, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here's how it works:

  • Order Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched.
    • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may then follow the return process after receiving the order, as outlined in our Return Policy.

  • Frequent Cancellations:

    • We monitor frequent cancellations closely. Customers who regularly cancel orders without a valid reason may face account restrictions.
    • If frequent cancellations are observed, your account may be permanently blocked from shopping on Big Happyness, and we may report your account to other online stores to prevent misuse.

  • How to Cancel:

    • To cancel your order, email us at support@bighappyness.com or reach out to us via WhatsApp at +91 9672366086 with your order number.
    • If the cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe, the refund (if any payment was made) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Please note that an unboxing video is compulsory for all returns and exchanges. This helps us verify the condition of the product and process your request smoothly.
  • Return Pickup: Our courier partners will handle the return pickup, but please ensure that the product is securely packaged for safe transit.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (Rs. 150 for exchanges and returns) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (e.g., wrong product or damaged product).
