How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. However, to be eligible for a return, you must record a video while opening the package. Without this video, returns will not be accepted. A ₹100 return shipping fee applies to all returns.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7-12 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
- Prepaid Orders: Dispatched same day if placed before 3 PM.
- COD Orders: Dispatched after a confirmation call, which may take 1-2 days.
Is Customer Support Available 24/7?
No, our support team is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We do not operate on Sundays and public holidays.
Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order After It’s Placed?
You can cancel or modify your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not allowed.
