1. What products can I find at Big Happyness?

2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is super easy! Simply browse our categories, add your favorite products to the cart, and checkout. You can pay using Cash on Delivery (COD) or any of our online payment options.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), along with secure online payment methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and more.
4. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you choose COD, we’ll also verify your order via a call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
5. What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Cash on Delivery orders may experience a slight delay due to the verification process.
6. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details. You can use the link provided to follow your order’s journey. If you didn’t receive the tracking info, contact us at support@bighappyness.com.
7. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for most orders, but for exchanges, a flat fee of Rs. 150 will apply. Shipping charges for returns are also non-refundable unless it’s our mistake.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it’s dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Frequent cancellations may result in your account being blocked.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that an unboxing video is required for all return requests. Returns will be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
10. How do I return a product?
To initiate a return, email us at support@bighappyness.com with your order details, reason for return, and the unboxing video. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.
11. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 to 15 business days and credited to your bank account.
12. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. Like returns, an unboxing video is required, and a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 will apply.
13. How do I initiate an exchange?
To request an exchange, email support@bighappyness.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order details, reason for exchange, and the unboxing video. We’ll guide you through the rest!
14. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days with an unboxing video. We’ll approve your return and arrange a free pickup for the item.
15. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid issues.
16. How long does it take for COD orders to be verified?
For COD orders, we usually verify your order via call or WhatsApp within 24 hours. If the verification is unsuccessful, your order may be delayed or canceled.
17. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned, as we may expand to international shipping soon!
18. What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times. If you are unavailable, please contact the courier service directly or reach out to our support team at support@bighappyness.com to reschedule delivery.
19. What if I want to return or exchange a product after the return/exchange window?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the return/exchange window has passed. Please ensure you contact us within the allotted time frame.
